School of Rock offers Bass Lessons for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced musicians.

The Performance Program is School of Rock's hallmark music program that consists of a weekly group rehearsal where kids and teens learn by playing rock music's most iconic songs with a band composed of their peers.

Rookies is our music program designed for children (typically 6 to 7-year-olds) with no previous musical experience.

Rock 101 is the first step on the road to the stage. Students receive a weekly private lesson on the instrument of their choice and participate in a group rehearsal where inexperienced students can hone their skills and learn to work as a band in a relaxed, encouraging environment.

House Band is the elite group of performers that rehearse weekly and perform various concerts throughout the community.

Rock 201 is the first step on the road to the stage for our students ages 12-17. Students receive a weekly private lesson on the instrument of their choice and participate in a group rehearsal where inexperienced students can hone their skills and learn to work as a band in a relaxed, encouraging environment.

This weekly Tiny Tots class is a fun and interactive way for infants and their caregivers to explore music through singing, movement and instrument play. These classes provide opportunities for socialization, language development and sensory exploration, while also promoting a love for music from a young age.

Led by School of Rock staff that are professional audio engineers, you will learn the basics of Recording, Microphones, Audio Production, and Mixing. This will be a week long immersion course in Studio Recording, and will be a great primer for anyone interested in how music is made!

In this 5 day camp, students will learn all about the music that shaped the 21st Century. Artists include: Imagine Dragons, Foo Fighters, Paramore, Red Hot Chili Peppers and more. Monday through Friday will be spent rehearsing music, learning about the history about the music and a performance concludes the week on Friday!

Want to play in a band? Our Rock 101 camp is designed for beginners 7-10 years of age. Students will explore their instruments through musical games and activities. Our nurturing environment makes this the perfect camp for budding musicians. Students will work on songs Monday through Friday and the camp will culminate in a concert at the end of the week for family and friends.

Starting in the early 90s, Pop Punk became a popular genre that dominated the radio. It’s produced bands like Green Day, Paramore, Blink 182, No Doubt, Offspring and many more who will be featured in this camp. Students will spend Monday through Friday learning and practicing songs, all culminating in a live performance at the end of the week. Great for students 7-18 years of age who have had some previous instruction.

For students who are wanting to take their playing to new heights- our Advanced Guitar Technique camp is designed just for you! We will be covering topics such as sweep picking, economy picking, hybrid picking, two-hand tapping, legato, and more! This camp introduces some advanced topics, so a intermediate proficiency on the instrument is a prerequisite. If you are ready to take the next step, join us for our Advanced Guitar Technique Camp!

Come join us to learn and perform music from one of the most popular punk trios of all time in our Green Day summer camp! Throughout this 5-day camp, we will explore hits from some of their most popular albums, such as Dookie, Warning, Insomniac, American Idiot and beyond. At the end of the week, students will put on a live performance. Great for students 8-17 years of age who have had some previous instruction!

The Beatles are undoubtedly one of the most important rock ‘n’ roll bands of all-time and their songs have greatly influenced the direction of modern music. Come celebrate the best songs from their vast collection of hits and Billboard-topping classics. Students will spend Monday through Friday learning and practicing songs from The Beatles, all culminating in a live performance. Great for students 7-18 years of age who have had some previous instruction.

In this camp, 5 to 7 year old beginners will learn about different rock instruments and begin their introduction to music theory and appreciation.

Through this special 4-day songwriting camp, students will learn how to write their own songs. Students will analyze some of the greatest compositions of the last 60 years in order to develop their own tunes. They will learn about chord progressions, arrangements and other tricks of the trade. We’ll spend Monday through Friday learning and writing songs, all culminating in a live performance. Great for students 7-18 years of age who have had previous instruction.

This camp is for anyone wanting to learn to play ukulele! In this 5-day camp, students will be learning chords, strumming patterns, and scales. The class will learn 3-6 songs and perform them as a group at the end of the week. We will explore different genres- from the classics, to classic rock, to modern pop. Perfect for beginners and those with previous experience, this camp will have something for everyone!

Pedalboard camp is perfect for anyone wanting to learn about effects and modulation! Students will learn the history and evolution of pedal technology and get to try all of the staples such as distortion, overdrive, effects, and modulation types. Other topics include setting up a pedalboard and signal chain basics. Students will learn how to replicate examples of iconic sounds in rock! We will end the week with a filmed performance!

This 5-Day camp is a well-rounded intensive in to many of the aspects of rock music- from songwriting and composition, to music theory, to audio production and tone lab, stage presence and performance, and just about everything in between- our Master Series Sampler is for you! We will learn some music theory and use it to write a song, then perform that song in a group setting at the end of the week! Great for students that have some previous experience playing an instrument who want to take the stage!

With the school year finally over, it's time to Shake It Off! In this camp, the mega-hit artist Taylor Swift is the theme. Campers will follow the singer-songwriter's musical journey from her earlier days in Country Music through her most current Pop material. Campers will put together a Taylor-made set list that will culminate in a live in-house performance for family and friends.

Taylor Swift’s impact on music is undeniable, from Country to Indie Rock. Throughout the five days of this music camp, students will learn songs from all stages of Taylor’s career culminating in a live performance. Looking to take your knowledge of Music Theory to the next level or just starting to explore all that Music Theory involves? This camp is perfect for all students and will gain the knowledge to take their playing/singing to the next level. Introduction to key signatures, time signatures, intervals and more in this week long course!

This 4 day camp, allows students will take their playing to the next level and learn just how important it is to be able to improvise! Improvisation in music means to have the ability to make your music as a performer to stand out while playing. Improvisation allows a musician to use, "on the spot," knowledge.

If a camper is no longer able to attend the originally purchase camp, we will allow the camp enrollment to be transferred to another camp week, subject to availability.

Emo is a rock music genre characterized by emotional, often confessional lyrics. It emerged as a style of hardcore punk and post-hardcore from the mid-1980s Washington, D.C. hardcore scene, where it was known as emotional hardcore or emocore. Students will learn what started the emo scene and when it was finished. A performance will take place at the end of the week!
