Want to play in a band? Our Rock 101 camp is designed for beginners 7-10 years of age. Students will explore their instruments through musical games and activities. Our nurturing environment makes this the perfect camp for budding musicians. Students will work on songs Monday through Friday and the camp will culminate in a concert at the end of the week for family and friends.

In this camp, 5 to 7 year old beginners will learn about different rock instruments and begin their introduction to music theory and appreciation.

Songwriting Camp $375 Purchase required to enroll

Through this special 4-day songwriting camp, students will learn how to write their own songs. Students will analyze some of the greatest compositions of the last 60 years in order to develop their own tunes. They will learn about chord progressions, arrangements and other tricks of the trade. We’ll spend Monday through Friday learning and writing songs, all culminating in a live performance. Great for students 7-18 years of age who have had previous instruction.

This camp is for anyone wanting to learn to play ukulele! In this 5-day camp, students will be learning chords, strumming patterns, and scales. The class will learn 3-6 songs and perform them as a group at the end of the week. We will explore different genres- from the classics, to classic rock, to modern pop. Perfect for beginners and those with previous experience, this camp will have something for everyone!

Pedal Board Summer Camp $350 Purchase required to enroll

Pedalboard camp is perfect for anyone wanting to learn about effects and modulation! Students will learn the history and evolution of pedal technology and get to try all of the staples such as distortion, overdrive, effects, and modulation types. Other topics include setting up a pedalboard and signal chain basics. Students will learn how to replicate examples of iconic sounds in rock! We will end the week with a filmed performance!

Master Series Sampler Camp $550 Purchase required to enroll

This 5-Day camp is a well-rounded intensive in to many of the aspects of rock music- from songwriting and composition, to music theory, to audio production and tone lab, stage presence and performance, and just about everything in between- our Master Series Sampler is for you! We will learn some music theory and use it to write a song, then perform that song in a group setting at the end of the week! Great for students that have some previous experience playing an instrument who want to take the stage!

With the school year finally over, it's time to Shake It Off! In this camp, the mega-hit artist Taylor Swift is the theme. Campers will follow the singer-songwriter's musical journey from her earlier days in Country Music through her most current Pop material. Campers will put together a Taylor-made set list that will culminate in a live in-house performance for family and friends.

EMO Camp $475 Purchase required to enroll

Emo is a rock music genre characterized by emotional, often confessional lyrics. It emerged as a style of hardcore punk and post-hardcore from the mid-1980s Washington, D.C. hardcore scene, where it was known as emotional hardcore or emocore. Students will learn what started the emo scene and when it was finished. A performance will take place at the end of the week!
